James Andrews, African American male, D.O.B. March 1, 1969.
The above information will probably be on his tombstone….However, Brother James, as I know him…is so much more than that description. Brother James has tremendously bolstered my faith in our savior. He enjoys writing, teaching the word, drawing, and reading.
He admits guilt to his crime…which I will not elaborate here, however it is horrific.
Brother James is in a cell 23 hours of the day. He receives an hour a day for “exercise”. Which is always a walk outside.
During his 23 hours in a cell, he reflects continuously on the lord…no TV, no radio, no outside distraction. His life constantly surrounds the word…how many of us could say we spend that same amount of time on Christ? I know I fall way short on that list…
